Pilates is a mind-body exercise system designed to strengthen the weak and challenge the strong. It’s designed to develop the body’s core, mobilise the spine and build flexibility.

I am a Stott Pilates trained instructor, which is a world renowned contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Stott Pilates is used by rehab and prenatal clients, athletes, celebrities and everyone in between.

Pilates will help you install the correct postural changes to take into everyday life thus increasing your body awareness which will help you achieve longterm results.

My pilates sessions and classes encompass my own personal touch so as to not only teach, progress and challenge you but also to keep you interested and enjoying yourself.
