Animal Flow is a primal, bodyweight workout that uses a combination of ground based movements create an incredible multi-planar, free flowing, integrated workout.

Created by merging a variety of different bodyweight training disciplines together from yoga, pilates and capoeira to parkour and break dancing, as well as movements mimicking animals.
